INDOOR AIR QUALITY SENSOR - DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS
An Indoor Air Quality Sensor shall be provided to control the amount of fresh air base on the demand of the sensor. The sensor shall be a Total Volume Volatile Organic Compound type sensor and shall either be duct or room mounted where necessary, based upon the design.
The duct mounted sensor element shall be located at the end of its probe (in the air stream) and have a sintered filter to protect it from build-up of dust on the sensing element. The duct mounted sensor shall also be able to be used in high velocity areas with no effect on the output.
Both, the room and duct mounted sensor, shall have the capability of resetting its output signal to less than the factory setting of 0-10VDC with no effect on the outputs resolution.
The sensor shall have two outputs, one damped (PI) and one undamped
(Immediate). The undamped output is to provide the ability of field
calibration of output signal to less than the factory setting of 0-10VDC.
This 0-10V signal shall represent 0-100% air pollution. The sensor shall
have a power supply of 24VAC.
